Excellent Customer Service from Violet.
I would like to commend Violet Maphanga from Edgars store in Alberton City Mall for her Distinctive, Top of the range Excellent Service she provided me this afternoon. The store was closed but her patience and willingness to help was humbling, mind blowing and out of this world. She was so welcoming, friendly and open to assisting me to shop for my 19month old daughter.
Violet, keep it up. You are very professional and you understand the value of Customer Service.
Well Done to you and to the gentleman at the door + 2 of your colleagues who were waiting patiently for you to finish. Wow.
