EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Last week I laid a complaint against Edgars Woodlands for very poor customer service. Two days later Melandri Beckett, the store manager, contacted me and THE NEXT DAY she had arranged for me to collect my perfume and a complimentary gift, from Lancome.<br> <br> Thank you Melandri, we appreciate all you did to resolve the matter for us so quickly. You did go above and beyond.
