Excellent customer service

Yesterday I had a very bad experience with another footwear chain where I handed my R2500 boot to be repaired, I received nothing but arrogance and unwillingness from the shop assistant. Today my hope was restored in good customer service by one of your employee's Thandi Dokoda from your Canal Walk branch. I called the store today and asked to be put through to the shoe department, no one was there but Thandi from the La Senza stand answered and helped me not only allocate the boot I was looking for she also kept it for me. She assisted and directed me to other places in the store where I had to buy some other goodies. Customer service is not for sissies, you see 100's of customers daily, and have to remember for 1 client you are the first face they see, you are ambassador's for the store, thus it important to treat them individually and assist them the best you can when asked for assistance. I will definitely be returning to Canal Walk Edgars!
