Excellent customer service
Hello Peter,<br> <br> I would like to share what a pleasant experience and excellent customer service, that I received by Charmaine (on the new accounts / cashier desks) at Edgars, Water Crest Mall, KZN on Friday afternoon (about 12:15), 14 August 2015.<br> <br> My Edgars club card was not swiping, and needed replacing. Charmaine, assisted me quickly, friendly and efficiently, and I had my new replacement Club card linked to my Edgars account n now time.<br> <br> I hope Edgars at Water Crest appreciates such a pleasant and efficient staff member.<br>
