Excellent cusomer service appreciation!!
I would like to share my deepest gratitude for the service received from Thato at the Dune Store within Edgars in Sandton. I had been battling to get a particular shoe in my size and Thato helped me locate the shoe in record time.
His sense of empathy and urgency when dealing with the matter left me speechless. We really need a lot more people like him in the service industry. Thato, thank you for all your help. May you soar to greater heights - you definitely deserve all the recognition.
