Ever wonder why you don't get a statement from edgars/jet? I'll tell you why...

<p>I went to edgars greenacres today to find out why im receiving letters stating my acc has been handed over and phone calls and sms's since I am making payments on my acc. The lady at enquiries informed me that my acc has not been handed over i then requested for her to check on my statement if there are any phone calls letters or sms's charged. She then printed my statement and handed it to me i then discovered 5 services (from insurance to airtime contracts) charged on my acc that i have not consented for. I immediately asked to be explained what it is and how it got added on my acc she called head office and i requested that it be removed immediately. They even had the nerve to charge me for the letters they sent me. I was so worked up i just had to get out of there but they will definitley be hearing from me again</p>
