Estee Lauder Rep

Saturday 27/2/16 my cousin and I walkd into the Edgars store to purchase a product from EStee Lauder. At the counter we were blantly ignored by the sales rep named Candace. She didnt come over to greet or say she wd be with us shortly. Nothing!!! We had to just stand there and be ignored. We then decided to go to Woolworths to buy the product thr bt Woolworths didnt have Estee Lauder so we went back to Edgars. We got there and again saw Candace finish up with customer. We tried getting her attention and she said she wd be with us in a minute. Once she was done she turned to us and asked 'how can i help you with what you know you need?'. I found this offensive. Firstly she doesnt greet then her statement implies to me that we better know what we want and not waste her time. This is not the kind of customer service i expect from a Estee Lauder rep. Candace did not represent this company well. She really did spoil the rest of what couldv been a beautiful Saturday afternoon. She shouldnt be judging people. We work and can afford what we need. Estee Lauder is very expensive so I dnt need to buy an expensive product from people with bad attitudes. She was blantly rude and disrespectful.
