ESTEE LAUDER - OUT OF STOCK

In early August 2015, I went to the Red Square in Irene Mall to get Estee Lauder Double Wear 21C Pure Beige to be told that it was out of stock - they took my details down (I could see pages of customer names for all different items that were out of stock) - I went back to the store on the 24 September and they are still out of stock - going back to the book there were now even more pages of customer's names for items that were out of stock! You are losing money and it seems that customers I speak to are now going elsewhere for other items! The stock controller/Branch Manager needs to do something!
