Errors On Debit Order Not Rectified

RCS made an error on my account. I was to pay over 6 months interest free, not 20 months. I mailed them and they rep**** promising to rectify on the October Statement, refunding the interest. This has not happened. They are still debiting me with interest. I've been to the store. They cannot get hold of the accounts. The call keeps dropping. I've called the number on the account and various other numbers, spoken to six different people, been cut off when being transfered. No one replies to my mails Numbers given to me don't exist. No wonder Edgars is on such a mess. This is no way to treat an old loyal client. I am saddened and angry. This is theft. I hope that someone will help me sort this problem out. This is the last purchase that Oake from any Edcon store.
