Endless calls for someone else's account

I closed my account with Edgars many moons ago for reasons too many to mention and yet, here I am, receiving endless calls coming in on my phone (despite blocking your number on Truecaller every time a new one pops up) and having asked you to STOP CALLING ME as I DO NOT have an account with you. I was told that my name was used as a reference by someone who worked for me over 10 years ago. Your call centre agents refuse to remove my number, telling me that I need to supply a reference. Where exactly would I find that reference? Seriously? You are driving me INSANE!
