Endless bad experience with Edgars

Edgars owe me over R4000 because I paid too much on my account as they never send accounts and can't access to tell you what you owe them. Now I am having endless trouble to get refund and to close the account. They say they charge service fee every month for that money so now the drag it out to pay back as little as they can.
