Empty Service

I bought Samsung trend neo 3 years ago and i took insurance for it.I've been paying for it with no hassles earlier this year after i lost my phone.when i tried to contact mtn to block the phone so that i can have reference number they told me that the Imei number does not exist.

I went to the store to ask them what can be the problem and they asked me to go to mtn to check and i did same story.the last time i went to the store they told me that the phone that i bought got 3 imei numbers which i found very strange.

the last time when i was doing the query was in August and till today i have not reached solution.

Its very hearbreaking that if you are paying for the service you dont get it
