Elmar Game Walvis Manager

Went to Game Walvis Bay to pick up my fridge I purchase on Black Friday. So I phoned the Store at 13h00 on the 06 Dec to inform them that I will pick it up at 14h30 and that they should get it ready. I arrived at the store at 14h35 and had to wait 20 minutes. I then went in the Store to complain to the Store Manager and he asked me if I am being serious now cause I also work in retail and I should just understand. This man is not serious at all and the way that the Sales and Admin Manager had to calm him down speaks volumes of his attitude towards people of color. I will never buy from Game again and will ensure that all my family, friends and colleagues never support this Store again. Never look down on someone because of their color or their ethnic group.
