Egdars Fradulent account

Egdars is really getting on my last nerve, they keep chasing sales to a point that they open accounts for people who ***** other people's identity because why they have account targets to reach.

an account was opened in my name in 2019 i got a call from their collections department asking me when am i going to pay the account,I told them I have never opened the account and was asked to do an affidavit to submit it at the nearest store of which I did at the Wonderpark Egdars Store..fast forward January 2020 , im informed by my Employer that im listed on credit Bureau by Edgards, I call the thier ***** department and im told Documents were never received,so i go back to the police sattion for another affidavit so that I can submit it.which I did send an email to *** on the 21/01/2020.all I asked of them is to give a confirmation letter stating that the account has been disputed and is still under investigation. but all I get is being sent from pillar to post, Thato Moloto gave me frosencics number to call them and I spoke to Mpho Mosenogi who stated that the case is not with them. now i do not know who will help me with this issue, if they took so long to investigate before opening aounts im sure the ********** cases will be less
