Egards account !!!

I would not recommend anyone opens an account with Egards. My Grandmother has an account with Egards and she pays for her account on time but the money never goes down. Two or a month back she paid R150 before the 1st of the following month when she went back to pay the money went up mind you she did not buy a nothing else after paying the R150 . When she asked me why it went up they told her that no she paid earlier she was actually supposed to pay on the 1st exactly so that R150 is gone she’s going to forfeit it . Today she asked to close the account and there’s formal writing of the account being closed all they said to her was that her slip will say R0.00 since she’s paid up all the money. Why is there no formal writing or call to the head office to confirm because next thing you know they will be saying she’s owes because Egards always has excuses when it comes to accounts . I’m very unhappy with their services.
