Eft payments
I am very disappointed in Edgars. The last 3 months i made payments via EFT they received my first payment via EFT then all of the sudden they didnt received my last 2 payments. How can you receive the first payment via eft but then not the other 2? I used the same account details everything as the first eft payment. And when i did the eft they said as the reference i can use the card number thats at the back of my card or my account number thats on my statement and with al 3 payments i used the card number. I would like to know how can you receive my first payment throught eft but not the other 2? The money went off by my bank and into edgars account. Please look into it and give me some feedback
