EFT PAYMENT NOT REFLECTING

On the 7th of December 2015 i had made an EFT payment of R100.00, I received my statement for January 2016 and it does not show that i made payment and the blance is higher than the statment i recived in November. There was even an email address [Email Removed] which i had to send a confirmation email that i have made payment via the capitec mobile banking app. I still haven't recived a reply back. This is pathetic for a Huge name like Edgards.
