Effecting my credit score and they don't even care about it
<p>I found out someone opened an account in my name and I went to edgars in maponya I was told to bring document's witch is a copy of my certified I'd and swore affidavit from the police station i submitted those documents I was given the run around and no one could tell me the work around time as to how long it's going to take to clear my name. This is affecting my credit score and I'm not happy with the service I got from Edgars this affecting my business plans because I can't get credit because of this. </p>

This company keeps getting worse every day so I get a call from an agent who's suppose to be handling my complaint the guy was so sarcastic and told me if I'm still carrying my I'd around I'm going to be a victim of ***** again. This guy has no respect for me what so ever and at the end of the call i ask him if they don't respond in 10 working days what am i suppose to do and he told me to their unhelpful store's and I'll be going to the ombudsmen. This person was rude I don't hv faith that his going to sort out my issue you can listen to the call for reference I hope it's recorded.
