Edgers steeling mony from clients

Iv been a edgers client for over 22years. Iv been on a 6mounth interest free plan since day 1. I spend thousends every year. Never missed a payment not eaven through covert lockdown did i mis or shortpay 1 mounth and im not 1 sent behind on any payments. I have never asked or gave anyone permission to change my plan and I suddenly see in paying intrest @ 17,5 percent. You are steeling from the very ppl that made you a successfull company. Im sure by law you are not allowed to give me intrest credit if i did not apply or get approved for it. Are you traying to make up for sales losses by moving all clients onto a 17,5% intrest rate without there knowledge. Steelinh millions a mount from the ppl that made you great.
