Edgers Festival Mall

I had an account with Edgars festival Mall and I have paid it up sometimes late 2019 and I didn’t ask for payment letter. Now the company by the name of VVM debt collectors they are calling me to pay the outstanding balance of R628.40, which I know nothing about it.When I query the outstanding balance of R628.40 at edgers store I have been told about me taking airtime which i have never received. I asked for statements they can’t provide it as this airtime is from another company that I have agreed to take it from them. Then I asked for the recording which they can’t provide. Then on the 20 July 2020 around 07:55 the lady by the name of Gugu called from VVM call to say they are giving me 20% discount to pay my account. Till this due date between edgers and vvm none of the consultants can explain Who was receiving the airtime they claiming I’m owing.
