EDG*****DCON-customer service poorest

I settled my clothing account through lawyers , and i over paid my account with R606.83.I called Customer services for 3 times and i sent them proof of payments 3 times to confirm that i over paid them.Its now a month and Edgars (Edcon) Customers ervices always say they will credit my account .Its now a month and a week i have not rceceived my REFUND.
