Edgars....Zero service....

Edgars charge club fees of R56 monthly with no authority. Edgars automatically deduct R30.00 monthly for account protection and another R30.00 for partner account protection and after checking with Hollard there is no such cover on partner protection? They say that you are covered on outstanding bal on your account I’d you die or retrenched. I’ve sent about 20 e mails to everyone at Edgars and RCS and all I get is automated replies. I’ve spoken to about 5 people who cannot assist and pass the call on and then cut off. Edgars needs to explain the dedications or I will take this legal. Are you *****ing from millions of clients? The sooner I can close this account the bettter....but before this happens I want Edgars to prove the dedication authority and provide satisfactory feedback. What a shocking company.
