Edgars....*****ing from me for 10 years

So i have been a client with Edgars for 10 years...I never used to check my statement until this year only to find out that Edgars is *****ing money from clients unknowingly...They have been debiting my account with an airtime plan and club membership which i have never signed up for...The call centre is no use as their poorly trained staff do not know how to assist...Last time I wrote a review on hello peter someone got back to me but the unauthorised debits are still going through my account...please check your statements as they could be *****ing from you without your knowledge.
