Edgars/RCS....pathetic is still a compliment for you

How difficult can it be, or is it just incompetence? I have been to Edgars. I have called the Edgars call center. I have called the RCS call center. I have cancelled my Edgars club. I have paid up my account. I have send numerious emails, but still they cannot close my account. What can be so difficult about it!?

This is absolutely pathetic. End of the month I have to pay again for something I don't want and if I don't my credit record will be impacted.

When you want to open an account it happens in a flash, but when you want to close it then suddenly nobody can (wants to) help!
