EDGARS/RCS Takeover Epic Fail

Im hopeful my account will now be closed but after reading reviews i highly doubt it. My account was changed from 6 months interest free plan to interest bearing. After calls and emails i was told it will be fixed,,, Suprise.. Suprise still getting charged interest. RCS taking over Edgars is an epic fail.
