Edgars/RCS Nightmare Account Closure Service

After months of emails, expensive cellphone calls to Edgars, I called Edgars yesterday, to my suprise I was informed that my account has been closed in November already. Now I have to wait for 48 hrs for a written confirmation, on which I insisted, to confirm the account closure... Let's see if it happens...
