Edgars/RCS money looters

Edgars/RCS pathetic pathological *****, I really dislike this company. Now they’re looting money from their own customers with ****ty service. January I went to find how do I cancel my account and if there was any possibility for me to move my funeral plan service direct with Hollard as they are underwriters and I was told not possible. Then I requested to cancel all services so the next was to cancel the account as soon as the services was cancelled. 23 Feb 2021 i got the confirmation that my services were cancelled, I went back to the store since I wasn’t owing anything to cancel the account then I was told I owe R200 and I need to call RCS to cancel the funeral services and so forth. Which I did previously and I got the confirmation mail as well. But still they l say I need to RCS and then Hollard to cancel with them as well. It’s been that back and forth trips and never ending calls to Edgars and RCS and only to find that they keep on pushing the amount high. Yesterday I was told now I owe R935,51 which are never took anything or have extra things that I have pay for except that they keep on looting the money from me. Now no one seems to be knowing what to do, except telling me to pay the amount that I don’t know what is that for and i ended up paying it yesterday but still they would cancel the account neither the funeral services. Am so gatvol with Edgars and RCS.
