Edgars/RCS: Mission impossible.

Try getting a statement or an account balance from Edgars/RCS is now impossible. No feedback on mails sent, call keeps dropping to the call center. I've been thinking of closing my Edgars account and I think this type of service has just helped me make up my mind.
