EDGARS/RCS MAJOR DISASTER!

Once AGAIN EDGARS/RCS is a MAJOR DISASTER!!! I DO AGREE!!! Made monthly payment as always, amount way more than my amount due. EDGARS had a system error where after I did ask the customer service "Are they sure the payment will not reflect as a late payment?" Guess what? RCS made it a late Payment... Useless There for I will CLOSE my account as all my friends suggested.
