Edgars/RCS failure to close account and threatening mails

14/8/2020 Edgars account was paid up after obtaining the o/s balance from Edgars 14/8/2020 emailed Edgars requesting closure of unneeded account 17/8/2020 received email from Edgars asking for proof of payment 17/8/2020 emailed proof of payment

Since then Edgars account keeps coming with new mothly charges and interest. Threatening emails and sms keep coming claiming money 30/12/2020 sms received from RCS (?) cancelling credit limit as account unpaid.

As all mails are computer generated there is no way to speak to these people.
