EDGARS/RCS Debiting a closed account and not answering any queries.

I have been trying to close my account since June, everytime I am given an excuse as to why I can't close the account and then suddenly I am charged for purchases I have not made and cancelled. I have gone to the store, called numerous times and emailed. No one can help me.

I have reference numbers, paid the closing balance everything and I get billed every month for an account that has been closed. Surely this is *******.
