Edgars/rcs

I "had" an account with edgars/edcon/rcs and when I finally sc****d together enough to settle and close the acoount, we enquired on the settlement amount and this was provided by the store as R6575.08, I came to settle the account approximately 24hrs later I came to settle the account and upon paying the amount I'm told that I still have a balance of R118.35, how is that possible for amount provided to increase in 1 day.... This is *******...
