I have not been using my account. Yet every month, despite my payment, my account increases by a couple of hundred Rand. I've then noticed a charge for what seems like a cell contract. I went back and saw that it's been charged for at least a year already. I tried calling customer care but was unsuccessful as they say my account is with RCS now. I emailed RCS and have now received a number of emails in response asking for my ID number. Everytime it's someone else. I've been told to pay my account in full and then they can help to close. But despite my payment my account increases every month. I'm not paying those hidden charges. I want those charges reversed. And I want to close my account.
