Edgars/Jet/RMCS taking advantage of senior citizens

Good Day I need someone to call me urgently. Edgars statement for my dad shows an amount as from March 2020 an amount of R159.00 being charged for data and airtme and sms. When I called the customer service today 27/05/2020 I was told to phone RMCS ( ***) everytime I call it says the mailbox is full. I want someone to call me urgently and not to trick old people like my dad of taking extra benefits they dont know about. This is *****
