EDGARS/EDCON ****ING TERRIBLE

Their service is to say the least pathetic. They fo not even know with what department or where my account is. I have requested for the Managers to phone me back as the can't transfer you to them. But after 2 weeks no one has phoned back. All i want to do is settle my account. Is that so hard to get you ****ing ducks in a row and get me a settlement amount or get somekind of person that has the title of a manager to phone back. Edgars/Edcon are the worst ****ing place to phone or try get information from.
