Edgars...Committing ***** for 10 years.

So i recently noticed that Edgars has been ******** me since 2010...They have been putting through Edgars Club subscription fees and a cellphone contract through my account for the past 9 years...I have logged multiple queries since May in which people call to say they investigating and nothing ever gets done...I'm at my last straw now and the next step would be to open up a case of ***** against Edgars...If there is anyone who can advise me please help.
