Edgars - Zevenwacht Mall is USELESS

On MULTIPLE occasions we have experienced a total lack of customer focus from the personnel at this Edgars branch.<br> <br> The bad quality of service ranged from pay points not being staffed with experienced staff, to persons that doesn't even know the basics of client service.<br> <br> My latest experience was at the jewelry counter when trying to purchase cuff links. The person didn't know where the key was, when he found the keys he tried all of them, none worked. Then someone else tried looking for the keys then found another set which also didn't work, then they disappeared looking for the keys....<br> <br> This was the last time I set foot in a Edgars store......
