Edgars Wrong accounts

Edgars charged added nterest if we do not pay accounts, according to them but we pay via our banking app but it does not reflect on their side as they have multiple accounts. Theybother youevery day with telephone calls to inorm me that you did not pay.

When is Edgar's going to sort out their different Accounts. On the absa app it shows Edgar's store card but payments go through on Edgar's rcs card. This was reported to them but yet they can not sort out their accounts.
