Edgars - worst customer service ever!

I placed an order on the 6th of February up until now I still haven’t received my order. I have requested refund and they still haven’t processed it yet. I was promised on 2 occasions that I’d get my order delivered 2 weeks ago and last week. It’s like they’re trying not to give me the refund. It’s my money why do I have to fight and chase for it.

Worst customer service ever! I just want to get my money back and nothing to do with Edgars anymore.

Please help me.
