EDGARS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Contacting Edgars has been a nightmare. The contact listed number is incorrect, I had to call centre management for their contact number. Upon calling Edgars, I waited 15 minutes before someone answered. The *********** individual who answered the call, could not transfer me to a beauty counter, she fumbled like she did not know what I was talking about. She slammed the phone down and I had to call back waited another 20 minutes before someone answered. Why have *********** uneducated people working in a retail store who has zero customer service experience or knowledge. The worst retail store to deal with.
