EDGARS - worst company to deal with!

After numerous calls, visit to the store, an affidavit and countless emails to the RCS group, still nothing has been done! Why do I get charged for an account that has been closed moons ago? Do i need to fork out fees for a lawyer for your companies' incompetence?
