1 My email address where my account is sent to changed when the RCS took over 2 My outstanding amount - total - and the installment due is exactly the same 3 For 3 months I was shown as not paying despite me paying and my account is Less than less than R200.00 4 Now my credit record is negatively influenced 5 I can't seem to cancel it ! 6 I am angry and frustrated
