Edgars Worse

Poor service from Edgars since they have been taken over by RCS! Firstly they have changed my method of receiving my statements without communicating to me! Secondly if you call to change it they are asking the most stupid questions to change it and if you can't answer something then they say you have failed and want to transfer you to the ***** department.. How stupid.. One of the stupid questions is when a certain account has been opened, who de heck is keeping track on when they open what ever account, especially when it comes to clothing accounts! If you do email them like I did which is now 4 days ago, they also do not reply! Edgars gone from bad to worse!
