Edgars won’t allow you to close your account and they will hold you randsom on fees!!!
I have been trying to close my edgars account for 3 weeks!!! They will not close it and they continue to charge me fees!!!! I do not have a job and they are keeping my account open against my will!!!! I will report them to the Ombudsman!!!

09 Nov 2020, 11:59Today is the 9 November and still edgars hasn’t gotten back to me, I also got another text to say I need to pay my account in which I already have. Whatever you do, DO NOT SUPPORT or OPEN an account with them!!! They will ***** and lie and never get back to you!! They will charge you “fees” and they can’t tell you what it’s for. I have been a client with them for 15 years and this is how they treat this customers??? My account is still not closed after phoning, emailing and even sitting in the store. Disgusting.

17 Nov 2020, 11:47My account is still open. They still have not closed it and now I owe them R 77!! I have reported them to the ombud and I am taking this further, I am going to take edgars down!!!!! RCS is just had bad!! Stay away from BOTH these companies!!

I tried to phone in again; spoke to Lizelle at customer service and she told me her supervisor will phone me when she can???!!!!! And told me to phone head office for the 12 time. Disgusting! I appauled I will Sue edgars!!!
