EDGARS WOMAN SHOE DEPARTMENT - LOCH LOGAN BLOEMFONTEIN POOR SERVICE

I went shoe shopping at the Edgars Loch Logan Waterfront Mall in Bloemfontein on 01/09/18 Saturday morning.

The lady at the shoe department were never there, I went to the lady at the make up counter and asked her if she could find the lady at the shoe department but she was no where to find. The lady at the make up counter then assisted me with the black shoes and I am grateful for her helping me.

Then I was looking for a brown pair of shoes and the lady that helped me went back to her counter and again the one at the shoe department was no where to be found and I have again asked someone else to assist. This time the lady that tried to help was also not sure but then the lady at the shoe department arrived.

Every time when I ask the lady from the shoe department something "we don't have" but she did not even looked or tried to assist.

In the end I assisted myself after she said there was noting but there was brown shoes on the other shelf in my size

I have the feeling that the lady of the shoe department was not in the mood to work at all.
