Edgars will not close my account

I have been asking for my account to be closed since August of 2020! I had even paid more into the account than I owed them. I received and email saying it would be closed on 08 September, but until today the account has not been closed, and now they say I owe them R60, I even have the collections department calling me. Every time I call them, I get sent from one department to another, and nobody has a clue what they are doing!
