Edgar's What the hell!!!

I have been of debt review for probably 3 months now.. My debt counselors has sent all paid up letters and Clearance certificate, the flag has been removed from my name.

So now i have also sent in the documents, and guess its also at week 2 and my account is still on code M and i suddenly owe Edgar's R34, my credit report is now reflected negatively says i have not paid my account up to date for 8 Months...

How is it possible to get such bad service from Edgars..

My account is paid in full, I am of debt review and you guys are playing around. Can't get finance because of Edgar's!!!
