Edgars what is going on???

Why does Edgars don't reply on emails?? Why don't Edgars answer there calls. Holding for 40 minutes and nothing!! Pathetic. What is going on with online orders?? Why don't they process orders!! Can anybody at Edgars help? Does there management know about this pathetic service?
