Edgars What Customer Care??

I have been a loyal member of the Edgar's club and customer for almost 20myears. I pay my monthly installments without having any issues in the past my account is good standing. In error I paid the incorrect amount around 2 weeks ago and desperately need my refund. I have been sent from pillar to post not one response on whether I will ever receive my refund only a run around on different respondents asking for the very same documents over and over again!! I really need assistance their call center customer care and payments team are unprofessional and inept they have no clue!!
