Edgars Westwood Shocking Service and Staff Attitude

My wife and myself visited the Edgars shop at Westwood Mall (Westville) on Sunday and found the service, attitude and laziness of the staff that works at this store to be completely disgusting. Edgars Westwood had only two staff working behind the counter. There was not a single person to be found on the floor to assist anyone. A queue for the counter went right through the middle of the shop while the lazy staff completed each checkout at the slowest possible pace. When we asked the lady behind the counter for the manager she just shrugged and said the manager is around somewhere. When we finally found the manager we stumbled on him shouting back at another customer who was also complaining.

It was a terrible experience shopping at this Edgars outlet.
